Another reason Turntable.fm remains one of my favorite sites,
Lately they’ve been having issues with the song uploading feature. It has persisted for 2 weeks now. So I decided to leave them some feedback (using the site’s built-in feature)
I’m sure you guys have been hearing a lot about this but in the strange case you haven’t: myself and others have been having problems with uploaded tracks processing. As in: They get stuck processing and never finish. Please address this issue foremost and before others, it’s really hindered my usage of the site.
About 2 hours later (although I wouldn’t read it until yesterday evening) I found this in my inbox:

Thank you for your email.
We know that things have been rough lately on turntable. Bugs are annoying at the best of times, but when they stop you from uploading music it’s the worst. Our engineers have been working non-stop on this issue, which has been particularly hard to work out because although it happens all the time there is no pattern to the errors. They have built a separate testing environment filled with automated users to that they can see what is happening in the code in real time. This should really help us get things in hand. Thank you for your understanding while we work this out.

I’m just not used to getting responses over bug reports, whether this was automated or personally typed out. Certainly put a smile on my face either way.
