Was listening to “Peek-a-Boo” by Siouxsie and the Banshees and imagined what it would sound like if American voice actress Kath Soucie sang it.
Concluded that it probably wouldn’t sound terribly different — I mean, the only reason I ever had that kind of thought is because their voices sound a bit similar in that song.
Then I started to think about how the names Siouxsie and Soucie sound alike (assuming “Soucie” is pronounced like the name “Susie”) and the fact I don’t remember what Kath Soucie looks like…
… Until I Googled for a reminder and had my crazed little conspiracy violently shot down.
I feel as if I don’t hear a lot of the voice actors from the shows I grew up with in modern cartoons, except for maybe Tom Kenny and Tara Strong.

Sorry that I’ve been practically non-existent on here, both as a follower and a poster.
Something’s just very off, very missing. I don’t know what the deal’s been with me. I know that for days after writing a certain entry one month ago, I felt very drained and like I never wanted to blog again. Perhaps a lot of that fatigue is still there… — I’m not sure.
On April 8th I made that one post like I was back, and for awhile I was, but again I’ve grown cold and neglectful. Maybe it’s just this time of year that’s got me out of whack. It all still feels so strange to know that important part of my life is behind me. This time of year will always remind me of her.
Maybe it’s the way they went and made links look ugly with the green text and preview box, or the frequency of sponsored Tumblr Radar posts.
I think a lot of my output had to do with my input so to speak — And because I’ve been a bad follower by not taking any time of a day to get lost in my Dashboard, I have nothing to write about or reblog (obviously.) I just haven’t been in the mood to browse all of your surely wonderful posts.
Whatever. I tried. In the meantime, I’ll try to get back into the whole swing of this blogging thing, sooner or later (hopefully sooner.) Again; apologies. I know I’m not anybody famous, but in case anyone was concerned I just wanted to pop in. I do miss this place and everyone that’s a part of it.
